Close enough !
It's Conchobar, king of Ulster, and brother of Setanta's Mother. As for Setanta/Cuchulainn's father, well there are many answers (genitor, spiritual father, his many stepfathers,...), but Sualtam (last week's Iron Age Native) is his main stepfather.
